Dan Young comes to Chaix Law with insight into the HOA industry as a Certified Community Association Manager. He has managed communities from single family gated to condominium contexts. Each of these with unique needs like: lakes with compromised bulkheads, deteriorating proto II sound walls, condo acoustical engineering deficiencies, compromised building surfaces (water penetration), major roofing renovations and much more. He holds two earned Master’s degrees in Business and Social Justice. He has worked with many HOA Boards and understands the needs of not for profit corporations. His strengths lie in building strong lasting relationships and advocating for those in need. He is excited to build the Chaix brand in Northern California and looks forward to networking with many in this growing industry.
Sarah Petell was born and raised in Maine. She graduated from the Atlantic Culinary Academy in 2004, with her Associates in Culinary Arts. The same year, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona to pursue her passion in the culinary arts field; being employed at various resorts and restaurants. After working as an in-house chef at a reporting and litigation firm, she cross-trained within the company and discovered a new interest in the legal field. Over the next seven years, Sarah gained knowledge and experience in many areas at this company, as well as another Phoenix law firm. In April of 2013, she joined Chaix Law as a paralegal. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys making jewelry, cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Brandi Reynolds holds a BS in Marketing and an MBA in Management. After five years in marketing and sales of technology solutions Ms. Reynolds left the information technology field and joined the world of Community Associations as the Director of Client Services at Chaix Law in 2001. Ms. Reynolds has been actively involved in Community Association Institute serving over the years as a National Business Partner Council Member, CAI-CAC Board Member, programs chair, and publicity committee chair as well as a volunteer on the education committee. In addition to CAI Ms. Reynolds gives her time to Arizona Association of Community Managers, serves on the Leadership Center Board, is a PTA volunteer for her sons elementary school, Participates in a Book club and makes time for her family, a loving husband and two young boys.
